Linda G. (Jude) Whitt, 63 of Inez, 龙8龙8娱乐appapp passed away Monday, August 12th, 2013 at her home after a long battle with cancer.

Born on January 22nd, 1950 in 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 County, she was the daughter of the late Pearl and Nancy Arrowood Jude. She was a member of Vineyard United Baptist Church and a retired teacher’s assistance for the 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 County Board of Education.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a stillborn son, Charles Walter Whitt, three brothers, Henry Jude, Charles Wheatly Jude and Link Jude, two sisters, Etta Mae Moore and Angeline Jude. Survivors include her husband, Jackie Whitt, one daughter, Sarah (Sally) Moore, two sons, Jackie (J.J.) Whitt Jr. and Ethan Whitt, two grand-daughters, Saranda (Michael) Mollett and Sanielle (Billy) Fitch, two great-grandsons, Kyle Maynard and Lucian Fitch, three step great-grandchildren, Ethan Mollett, William Fitch and Trenton Fitch, one sister, Darlene Borders, also near family members, Nikki and Brooklyn Ratliff, Dylan and Randi Wise and Billy Joe Maynard. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held at the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home in Inez on Tuesday, August 13th 6:00pm-11:00pm with John Goble officiating. Funeral services will be at the New Friendship United Baptist Church on Wednesday, August 14th at 1:00pm with John Goble officiating. Burial will follow at the Family Cemetery in Louisa, 龙8龙8娱乐appapp.
