Frances Mullins, age 79 of Crum, 龙8娱乐app下载, passed away Monday, July 8, 2013 at Emogene Dolin Hospice House in Huntington, 龙8娱乐app下载 with her loving family by her side. Born April 27, 1934 in Mingo County, she was the daughter of the late Ace and Barbara Canterbury Varney. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Clay McCoy and second husband, Tom Mullins; two sons, Joseph Ray McCoy and Charles Clayton McCoy; and three sisters, Marie George, Roberta Litteral and Juanita Robertson. She is survived by three daughters, Loretta Jude and Steve Parish of Murray, KY, Luresia Whitt and Ricky Jarvis of Crum, 龙8娱乐app下载 and Barbara and Roy Conley of Ft. Gay, 龙8娱乐app下载; seven sons, Paul and Kathy McCoy of Louisa, KY, Willard and Kathy McCoy of Logan, 龙8娱乐app下载, Ace McCoy and Melinda Romans of Crum, Mark McCoy of Crum, Johnny and Crystal McCoy of Crum, Tom and Lisa McCoy of Crum, and Clay Jr. and Annie McCoy also of Crum; four sisters, Louvernia Thomas of Sidney, KY, Yvonn McGumery of Chatteroy, 龙8娱乐app下载, Viola Stanley of Bernwell, KY, and Lorraine Varney of Huntington; thirty three grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00pm Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at the Webb Freewill Baptist Church will burial to follow in the Webb Cemetery. Everett Meddings will officiate. Friends may visit the church after 3pm Tuesday and prior to the service on Wednesday. Arrangements are by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, Inez.
