Oscar A. Mollett, age 86 of Inez, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2011 at Highland Regional Medical Center. Born April 2,1925 in 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 County, he was the son of the late James and Mary Mollett. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Elzie Benjamin Mollett, David Ralph Mollett, Joseph Anderson Mollett, James Edward Mollett, and Clarence Mollett; sisters, Altie Marie Mills and Alberta Lenore Hensley. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Faye Lilly Mollett of Inez; two brothers, William Granville Mollett of Springfield, Ohio and Arthur Paul Mollett also of Springfield, Ohio.

Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, December 14, 2011 in the chapel of Phelps & Son Funeral Home with Larry Goble and Willie Goble officiating. Burial will follow in the Mollett Family Cemetery at Tomahawk, KY. Visitation will be after 5 PM Monday all day Tuesday, till time of services on Wednesday at the Funeral Home. Anna Louise Bowen, age 74 of Inez, passed away Friday, December 16, 2011 at the 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 County Health Care Facility. Born August 22, 1937 in 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 County, she was the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth Fields Fletcher. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, John Cook; her second husband, Elster Bowen; a brother, Denzil Fletcher; two grand children; and one great grandchild. She is survived by two sons, John 龙8龙8娱乐appapp下载 Fletcher and Robert Cook both of Debord; one daughter, Sadie Jude of Ulysses; four brothers, Tom Fletcher and Daniel Fletcher both of Debord, John P. Fletcher of Charley, and Millard Fletcher of Inez; three sisters, Rebecca Couch of Tennessee, Geraldine Jennings of Inez and Ernestine Newsome of Debord; twelve grandchildren, and twenty-three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 12:00PM Monday, December 19, 2011 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Goble Family Cemetery at Debord. Tommy Meade will officiate. Robert Wallen, age 65 of West Van Lear, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Highland Regional in Prestonsburg. Born November 23, 1946 in Johnson County, he was the son of Kermit Wallen and Beatrice Preston Wallen. He is survived by one son, Wayne Douglas Wallen of Lexington, KY; one daughter, Dena Powell of Lagrange, KY; one brother, Danny Wallen of River, KY; two grandchildren; and special lady, ShirleyMurphy of Lexington, KY.

Funeral services will be 12PM Tuesday, December 20, 2011 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home. Linzie Meade will officiate. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 4-9PM Monday. Arrangements are by the Phelps & Son Funeral Home, Paintsville.

   Rosalee Clay 67, of Mill Creek Road, Ft. Gay, WV went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington, WV. She was born on February 3, 1944 in Wayne County, WV; she was a daughter of the late Lark and Delcie Hodge Perry. Rosalee was a homemaker and a member of the Ft. Gay Church of God. She was preceded in death by her sister, Hanamae Perry Marcum.

    Rosalee is survived by her husband, Curtis Clay of Ft. Gay, WV as well as children, Lisa (Doug) Whitt of Crum, WV, Billie (Everett) Lyons of Louisa, KY, and Amanda (Dennis Jr.) McCoy of Ashland, KY. She also leaves behind a very special grandson, Cory Brewer of Kermit, WV as well as grandchildren, William Daryll, Missy, Jessica, Natasha, Tyler, Jamie, Braxton, and Colton as well as 7 great-grandchildren. Rosalee also leaves behind 2 brothers and 3 sisters; Daniel (Maxine) Perry of Dunlow, WV, Virgil (Helen) Perry of Kermit, WV, Sally (Don) Primmer of Owingsville, KY, Ernestine (Pat) Hall of Owingsville, KY, and Imajean Messer of Crum, WV.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at 1:00pm at the Welcome Home Church with Daniel Perry and Ray Messer Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in the Lark Perry Cemetery of Jennies Creek, WV. Visitation will be after 11:00am at the Welcome Home Church on Monday, December 19, 2011 until time of services on Tuesday at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of the Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home, Inez, KY.

   Benjamin Grady Scott, infant son of Alicia Endicott and Dennis Scott of Inez. KY, passed away December 16, 2011.

Benjamin was born December 16, 2011 at 7:59 PM at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Grady Mullins, Axeton and June Scott, Jim Jude, Madie Howell, and Pauline Endicott,

Benjamin Grady is survived by his maternal grandparents, Rex and Brenda Endicott of Inez, KY; paternal grandparents, James L. and Vadie Scott of Wolf Creek, KY; great-grandparents, James Roy Endicott and Bertina Damron; one uncle, Curtis [Kara] Scott of Inez; one aunt, Mandy Endicott of Lexington, KY; and a host of great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, December 20, 2011, in the Inez Chapel of Richmond-Callaham Funeral Home. John Patrick and Tim McCoy will officiate. Burial will follow in the Stepp Family Cemetery, Coldwater Rd, Inez, KY.
